Spicefield started with a simple belief — that real Indian food, the kind cooked with care and fired in a proper clay oven, shouldn't be hard to find. So we made it ourselves.

At the centre of our kitchen sits a traditional clay tandoor — firing at 480°C. Not a grill. Not a flat-top. A real clay oven that's been part of Indian cooking for centuries.
Every tikka, every kebab, every naan passes through it. The heat seals the marinade into the meat. The clay smoke gives that depth of flavour you simply cannot replicate on a modern grill — and most places don't even try.
We also grind our spices whole — cumin, cardamom, coriander — fresh every morning. It takes longer. It tastes incomparably better.
